It does not happen when using any other input, only with Sky Q. I assume it loses signal, then regains it. I pay for multi room and Sky Go is a big part of how I use my expensive Sky subscription and all I get is a fob off.
When this happens I get them to change the box out and everything works again for a while until needing to change it again. However it nows that the likes of Disney, Netflix and Prime apps are only showing as HD and not 4K on the programs/films. Yeah I would suspect cable every time with a problem like that. If it happens with the new box then suspicion shifts to cabling or TV.

I’ve also been with sky a number of years but this is ruining viewing for me I have moments of black screen and sound can also dip at times Have checked and swapped HDMI’s, tried different inputs on tv also which work with alternatives Anyone else at the end of their tether with sky
